The Starter Pack

  • Three sessions to get you started — enough time to actually feel what coaching can do, without committing to a long-term investment upfront.

    We'll spend our first session understanding how your brain works and what you most want to shift. Sessions two and three are where the real work begins — and where most people start to feel it.

Ongoing 30 min Sessions

  • Once you know coaching works for you, the 30-minute format is a surprisingly powerful way to stay on track. Regular, focused, and manageable — even in a busy week.

    These sessions are available to clients who have completed the Starter Pack.

Full Hour Sessions

  • Some conversations need room to breathe. The 60-minute session is available for existing clients who want to go deeper on something specific, work through a bigger transition, or simply prefer the longer format.

    This coaching isn’t about fixing you. It's about helping you understand how your brain actually works, so you can make decisions, structure your life, and set boundaries that support you rather than drain you.

    Rebuilding confidence and directional clarity when you're between identities

    Understanding how your brain drives your patterns (focus, overwhelm, shutdowns, bursts, burnout cycles)

    Untangling perfectionism and high-achieving conditioning

    Making space for your real priorities—not just the urgent ones

    Designing systems that match how you think, not how you're “supposed” to

    This work is equal parts mindset, nervous system awareness, executive function strategy, and identity untangling.

  •  Depends! Some love a one-off clarity session; others want ongoing support. We’ll find what works for you.

  • Not at all. Many clients are self-diagnosed or “ADHD curious.” If you relate to neurodivergence, you’re welcome here.

  • Absolutely. Coaching is flexible and tailored to you.

    Many of my clients are AuDHD, Autistic, or neurodivergent. The closest people in my life are AuDHD, so I understand the quirks, challenges, and strengths.

    We’ll work with your brain, energy, and values — not against them — creating strategies that ease overwhelm and support your life.
