Hi, I’m Alison — Coach, Speaker, Brand Strategist, Neurodivergent Human.
I blend:
training in ADHD & brain-based coaching (JST Coaching & Training)
lived experience as a neurodivergent adult
a background in brand strategy, messaging, and leadership
a deep passion for helping women stop abandoning themselves
I ask bold, disarming questions that get to the heart of things quickly.
My clients call it clarity with teeth.
So… what is coaching, really?
Let’s start with what it’s not. Coaching is not:
me telling you what to do
motivational speeches
colour-coded planners
fixing you (you’re not broken)
or “just think positive” in a nicer font
If that’s what you’re imagining, you can relax.
What coaching is (here, at least)
Coaching is a thinking partnership. It’s a space where you get to:
put everything down for a moment
say the things you don’t usually say out loud
notice patterns you’re too close to see
and make decisions without pressure, urgency, or judgement
Most of the women I work with are:
capable
intelligent
doing a lot already
They don’t need more advice. They need space.
“But I should be able to handle this myself…”
This comes up a lot. And yes — you can handle it. You already are.
But handling everything alone is exhausting.
Coaching isn’t about outsourcing your thinking. It’s about not having to hold it all in your head by yourself anymore.
Think of it like this:
You’re still driving — I’m just sitting in the passenger seat, helping you read the map, notice when you’re running on fumes, and reminding you that you don’t have to take the hardest route just because you always have.
What we actually work on
That depends on you, but it often includes things like:
mental load and decision fatigue
boundaries (especially the invisible ones)
identity shifts and life stages
ADHD, perimenopause, or just a very busy brain
the feeling that life looks “fine” but feels heavy
There’s no worksheet you have to finish. No gold stars. No pressure to perform. Just honest conversations that lead to clearer thinking and calmer choices.
Do I need coaching?
You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need a dramatic reason.
If you’re tired of carrying everything alone, that’s reason enough.
What people usually notice after a while
Not overnight transformation. Not a new personality.
But things like:
quieter mental noise
decisions that feel easier
less second-guessing
more trust in themselves
and a sense that life has a bit more breathing room
Subtle. Powerful. Sustainable.
If you’re curious…
If this sounds familiar — and you’re craving space to untangle things with someone who understands how capable women actually live — you’re welcome to book a conversation.
No pressure. No pitch. Just a place to start.
What People Are Saying
Freedom is breathing easier, letting go of old narratives, and writing your own.
