Can I Just Get a Minute to Think? 〰️
A workshop for women who can't remember the last time they had time that was just theirs.
As a woman, as a mother — when did you last get two hours with nowhere else to be and no one else needing you? Not "later." Not "when the kids are asleep." Actual, uninterrupted time and space to think about your own life.
Can I Just Get a Minute to Think? is a small-group, in-person workshop designed to give you exactly that — guided, structured, and entirely yours.
Over two hours, you'll audit where you're really at across the parts of life that matter most, get honest about what's working and what's quietly not, and leave with an achievable, realistic plan for change. No vague resolutions — a plan you can actually start on Monday.
What you'll walk away with:
A clear, honest picture of where you're at across your life — not just work, not just one area
Clarity on what's working well and what needs attention
A simple, realistic action plan tailored to your own life and capacity
