Exhale Into 2026

Exhale Into 2026 〰️

You spend so much of your life holding everything together — people, plans, routines, and invisible mental load.

This 3-hour, in-person workshop is an invitation to pause and turn your attention inward.

Led by Alison from Exhale Coaching and Alexi from Motherfolk Nutrition, this session brings together coaching and nutrition to support both your inner clarity and your physical energy.

Alison will guide you through reflective coaching processes to help you reconnect with who you are now, clarify what you want from 2026, and shape a direction that feels aligned and sustainable.

Alexi will support you to understand how nourishment, energy, and care underpin everything — offering practical, compassionate guidance on how to look after your body in ways that fit real life.

Together, this workshop helps you move beyond vague intentions and into a grounded, caring plan — one that supports both your brain and your body.

Tuesday 20th January

10am - 1pm

Stillpoint Collective, 65 Ashmore Road, Torquay

What to Expect

  • This is:

    • Coaching-led reflection to reconnect with yourself

    • Nutrition-informed support for energy, capacity, and care

    • Space to clarify what matters to you — not just everyone else

    • Practical, realistic planning that honours your life

    • A calm, supportive room with women who get it

    This is not:

    • A productivity or goal-setting sprint

    • A diet plan or rigid food rules

    • A “new year, new you” overhaul

  • By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:

    • Clarity on what you want more (and less) of in 2026

    • Insight into your values, needs, and capacity (coaching-led)

    • A personalised, realistic self-care and energy plan (nutrition-informed)

    • Greater understanding of how your brain and body influence each other

    • A sense of steadiness, confidence, and “I know what I need now”

  • So often, women are asked to change their mindset or fix their habits — as if the brain and body operate separately.

    This workshop brings them together.

Coaching helps you listen inward, build self-trust, and clarify direction.
Nutrition supports your energy, regulation, and capacity to actually follow through.

When your mind is clear and your body is supported, sustainable change becomes possible.

  • Our event is being held at the beautiful Stillpoint Collective in Torquay, 65 Ashmore Road, Torquay.

Your ticket includes a workbook to take home, herbal teas, nibbles/morning tea.
